As a flight attendant, I witnessed first-hand the pain points my colleagues faced while using outdated technology and desktop tools, despite their on-the-go lifestyle in the sky. During my work as a designer at Alaska Airlines, I designed the airline's first mobile app for flight attendants to help solve these issues, igniting a lifelong passion for solving user problems with intuitive design.
My professional journey has spanned the airline industry as well as innovative tech companies like Amazon, Indeed, and Gartner, providing me with experience across creative, instructional, and product design fields.
Outside of my corporate roles I enjoy crafting comics and children's books. I have also had the privilege of sharing strategic case studies with the global design community, contributing to events and conferences.
